In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, the giant two-headed troll is a type of troll.

Publication history

The giant two-headed troll first appeared in the original first edition Fiend Folio (1981).[1]

The giant two-headed troll appeared in second edition Advanced Dungeons & Dragons under the "troll" heading in the Monstrous Compendium Volume One (1989),[2] and in the Monstrous Manual (1993).[3]

Description

A giant two-headed troll is a horrendous crossbreed of a common troll and an ettin.
