ICONSIAM is a future mixed-use development on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand[1] opening on 9 November 2018[2] including two large malls, hotels and residences. The 50 billion baht (USD $1.5 billion) project is being developed as a joint venture by Siam Piwat group, a Thai high-end shopping mall developer, Magnolia Quality Development and Charoen Pokphand Group. The complex will include two of the tallest buildings in Bangkok upon completion: the Mandarin Oriental Residences[3] and the 70-floor Magnolias Waterfront Residences.[4]

Transport connections

The Gold Line monorail will be a monorail line connecting the ICONSIAM complex to Krung Thonburi station on the BTS Skytrain Silom Line.[11] Four piers will be built on site for private boats and public ferries.[10]
