Narendran Makan Jayakanthan Vaka (Malayalam: നരേന്ദ്രൻ മകൻ ജയകാന്തൻ വക, English: Narendran's son Jayakanthan's property) is a 2001 Malayalam satirical film directed by Sathyan Anthikkad and written by Sreenivasan. The story follows Jayakanthan (Kunchacko Boban), son of Narendran, who comes from Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, to his parents' village Paruthippara in Kannur district, Kerala, to reclaim his father's property. The film released in August 2001 coinciding with the festival of Onam. It was a critical and commercial success and made a theatrical run of about 100 days. Popular Indian actress Asin made her acting debut with this film.
Plot
The story is about Jayakanthan (Kunchacko Boban) who comes to claim his father Narendran's property in their native village. There he meets Vinodini (Samyuktha Varma) who is the panchayat president and a strict follower of the rules. Swathi (Asin) is Jayakanthan's cousin and her father Balakrishnan Nambiar (Janardhanan) is worried that Jayakanthan has come to marry her and inherit their property. Bhargavan (Sreenivasan) has usurped Narendran's land, but Jayakanthan is unaware of this and becomes his good friend. The remaining of the plot is about how things fall into place.

Trivia
- The film criticised the politics of Kannur district and was mostly critical about the Communist Party of India (Marxist)
- Some scenes in the film shows the protests held by CPI (M) workers against computers and the proposed Kannur International Airport project.
- Tamil actor Parthiban acts in a cameo role in the film. It was his first appearance in a Malayalam film.
- Famous Indian actress Asin started her career through this film. It was also the only Malayalam film featuring her.
- Bindu Panicker won the Asianet Film Award for Best Supporting Actor - Female for this film.
