NGP is a global venture capital firm sponsored by Nokia. NGP invests independently and focus investments on growth stage Internet of Things and mobile technology companies.[1] In february 2016, NGP raised a new Internet of Things (IoT) fund of USD 350 million to invest behind entrepreneurs and teams with a desire to build a world where everybody and everything is connected. This is the fourth fund NGP manages and brings total uninvested capital to more than $500M and total assets under management in excess of USD 1 billion.

NGP has offices in the USA, Europe, China and India. Their portfolio consists of companies in mobile technology including the sectors Connected Enterprise, Digital Health, Consumer IoT and connected car. NGP's largest exits include GanJi, UCWeb, Whistle, Rocket Fuel, Swype, Summit Microelectronics and Netmagic.
