Puisenval is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Haute-Normandie region in northern France.

Geography

Puisenval is a tiny farming village situated in the Pays de Bray on the D26 road, some 19 miles (31 km) southeast of Dieppe. The commune currently has the smallest population of any in the Haute-Normandie region.
