There are a number of reportedly haunted locations in Scotland.
- A fifteen-mile stretch of the A75, between Annan and Dumfries, is reported to be haunted.[1]
- Ackergill Tower
- Airth Castle [2][3]
- Ardrossan Castle is said to be haunted by the ghost of William Wallace.[4]
- Ballechin House
- Culzean Castle
- Dryburgh Abbey Hotel[5]
- Edinburgh Castle [6]
- The Edinburgh Vaults The television series Most Haunted and Ghost Adventures both aired an episode about the vaults.[7]
- Fyvie Castle is said to be haunted.
- Mary King's Close an underground close in the Old Town area of Edinburgh.[8][9]
- Pinkie House.[10][11]
- RAF Montrose, now Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre, is said to be haunted by the ghost of Desmond Arthur.[12]
- Stirling Castle.[3][13]
