Sainudeen Pattazhy

Sainudeen Pattazhy (or Pattazhi) is zoology professor working in Sree Narayana College in Kollam. He is originally from Kerala, India.

In 2008, the Committee for Small Bodies Nomenclature[1] (CSBN) of the International Astronomical Union named an asteroid after the Pattazhy: 5178 Pattazhy It was discovered by the California-based astronomer R. Rajamohan in 1989.[2]
