With respect to the WP:1RR restriction:
Clear vandalism of whatever origin may be reverted without restriction. Also, reverts made solely to enforce the extended confirmed restriction are not considered edit warring.
Editors who violate this restriction may be blocked by any uninvolved administrator, even on a first offence.
I've removed it, as no settlement is planed to block the village. The Haaretz article didn't mention Al Sayyid, and as their neighbors refuse to include them in the local council of Hura and they are joined with Abu Basma, it is unlikely that Israel would plant a settlement to prevent them from joining to these very neighbors.
