Early sources, such as all the census records I've found, and pre-1923 publications about her life do not say she was born in 1831, but rather in 1838 or 1837. Records seem to agree that she was born on July 14th, and died on 18 July ~1916, however. The gravestone for her, however, says 1831, but I'm not utterly convinced that it is her gravestone (or if it is, I don't know why it says 1831). The birth year for her sister on the gravestone is also different. Shoreu (talk) 02:00, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
