References
[edit]I'd like to start expanding this article. If it's OK with others, I'd like to change the reference format to list-defined, which groups the references in the reference section instead of spreading them throughout the text. I'll probably do so in the next day or two if no-one voices an objection. Yes, there's only one reference and it's out of date. I hope to add more. Art market
[edit]There are several references about the highest price reached by Ben Nicholson paintings in the art market. This one, for example, is from a Christie's article, "Ben Nicholson: master of ‘clarity and the great art of omission’", from 2 October 2023: "The most expensive artwork by Nicholson ever sold at auction — his 1957 painting, April 57 (Arbia 2) — is one of these still-life/landscape fusions. It fetched £3.75 million at Christie’s in London in 2016." [1]Mistico Dois (talk) 00:26, 19 October 2023 (UTC)
