Copyright problem removed
[edit]Prior content in this article duplicated one or more previously published sources. The material was copied from: http://www.soundtrack.net/composers/database/?id=1709 and http://www.prlog.org/10891347-cw3pr-signs-first-europe-based-composer-uks-benson-taylor.html (or similar). New text
[edit]I reverted the text that multiple IPs recently added:
He began writing at the age of 21 whilst working as a radio producer, primarily on music for radio and television commercials. He later launched a studio and has since written scores for television shows, including Two and a Half Men, 30 Rock, 90210, and The Big Bang Theory, as well as music for Super Bowl XLIII (2009) Super Bowl XLIV (2010) Super Bowl XLV (2011) Super Bowl XLVI (2012) Super Bowl XLVII (2013) Super Bowl XLVIII (2014).
because its meaning is different from:
He began writing music at the age of 21 whilst working as a radio producer, primarily on jingles for radio and television commercials. He later launched a studio in Huddersfield, England and has since written scores for television shows broadcasting worldwide, including Two and a Half Men, 30 Rock, 90210, and The Big Bang Theory, as well as scores for Super Bowl XLIII (2009) Super Bowl XLIV (2010) Super Bowl XLV (2011) Super Bowl XLVI (2012) Super Bowl XLVII (2013) Super Bowl XLVIII (2014).
(Emphasis mine, to show what's been changed.) The paragraph on the top has a different meaning than the one on the bottom, so I've reverted for now. Epic Genius (talk) 17:54, 4 February 2015 (UTC)
Promotional editing and citation overkill
[edit]There seem to be repeated attempts to promote Taylor and his businesses here. I've twice had to remove the long list of cast members of a film he wrote the music for (the cast have nothing to do with his music). I've also removed a large number of magazine/newspaper articles that don't mention Taylor or his music at all (it would be fair enough to keep them if they reviewed his musical works, but they were reviews of the films/plays instead).
The VIPFAQ [1] website seems to be some sort of site that trawls for 'facts' from the internet and, judging by the wording, seems to be a copy of the Wikipedia article intro - there's no evidence that personal facts, such as birth name and DOB have been released publicly by Taylor. Therefore I've removed the source and added back the 'citation needed' template. Sionk (talk) 06:18, 25 April 2015 (UTC)
