– The target title is occupied by an appropriate disambiguation page, however, the "fear" appears to be far more notable in terms of long-term significance than the Chromophobia (film) and Chromophobia (album). The subject described in this article appears to be the root of the concept, both the film and album titles are derived from the meaning and is evidence for the primacy of that meaning. Therefore, it would seem more appropriate for the subject to be the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Tanbircdq (talk) 19:00, 12 September 2014 (UTC)
- Support. The fear wins on both usage and historical significance. It was viewed more often over the past 90 days than the film and album combined. Dohn joe (talk) 23:41, 12 September 2014 (UTC)
- the recent page views contain a spike in "views" that are my bit by bit editing method so that should be treated with a bit of skepticism. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 00:15, 13 September 2014 (UTC)

- Support -- agreeing with Tanbircdq and Dohn joe. Before creating this page, I found out that there is a disambiguation page titled 'chromophobia' that links to two articles that uses this title, disambiguated in parentheses, so this article is settled with fear as a disamb word. If there's no other page that uses this title, then I would've created this page as 'chromophobia' without a disamb word. PlanetStar 01:31, 13 September 2014 (UTC)

Chrematophobia
[edit]The alternate name of "chrematophobia" should be taken out, as it means "fear of money," not "fear of colors." There appears to be only one source to support the definition of "fear of colors", and not every source is 100% accurate. 65.190.85.123 (talk) 01:19, 26 September 2014 (UTC)
- you will need to establish that this source in this instance is not reliable. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 01:36, 26 September 2014 (UTC)
- I think it is a mistake made by the author(s). On page 132 they talk about what is chrematophobia, where they describe it as "fear of money" (khrêma = money). Other than this source and Wikimirrors, I can't find a single source saying both can be used as synonyms. All sources I find describe them separately and not as interchangeable concepts. © Tbhotch™ (en-2.5). 21:38, 18 June 2015 (UTC)
- sounds reasonable to me. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 21:57, 18 June 2015 (UTC)
