I think lead picture should now be a picture of him playing for Chelsea. He was never a regular starter for Manchester City during his time there and has already played more minutes for Chelsea than his entire Manchester City career. This bio needs to incorporate his appearances for the Man City U21s which represent his competitive debuts a full year ahead of the currently indicated fixture. He had his first appearance for the Manchester City first team in 2020 but by that point he had already appeared twice in competitions for the U21s; those appearances count.

Cole Palmer's competitive debut came in the Football League Trophy for Manchester City U21s. He was an 88th minute substitute in a 2-1 victory against Bradford City at Valley Parade (or the Northern Commercials Stadium as it was called at the time) on 24/09/2019. Surely 'one of the best players in the world', or 'one of the best players in Europe' is more fitting now given his obvious quality. We base these characterisations off of what reliable sources say, not our own personal assessment. I don't disagree that he is one of the best in the world at the moment on current form, but we need actual reliable sources saying this. For now they say one of the best young players in Europe, so that's what we go with. It's kind of a "you know it when you see it" situation, but the likes of any sort of newspaper that isn't considered unreliable or worse, blacklisted (see WP:RSP for a very comprehensive guide that covers a lot of British papers that might write about this sort of thing) would be a good place to start.
