Overturned convictions?[edit]

Why is this in that category? The article says the charge against Dorn was dropped, not that he was convicted and then won an appeal. 68.156.95.34 (talk) 08:58, 12 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

"murder" or "death"?[edit]

While he was never convicted, it's certainly pretty clear that by shoving her into moving traffic, he didn't care if she was killed or not. Paul Benjamin Austin (talk) 10:15, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I do remember reading a while back that Young was armed with a broken glass bottle, so it could have been self-defense. Dorn also may not have intended for her to fall in the path of a vehicle. I can't find the source, however.--GouramiWatcherTalk 17:21, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
