Does anyone know why it's called a Dorcas Gazelle? Is Dorcas someone's name? --HughCharlesParker (talk - contribs) 09:51, 5 October 2006 (UTC)

From a Greek word for Gazelle according to Dorcas Khendon (talk) 20:58, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

"The Dorcas Gazelle (Gazella dorcas) is not the smallest of the gazelles nor the most common, but it is pretty small and it is pretty common." I think the intro needs to be changed its a bit silly - Ummagumma23 11:05 2007 (UTC).

In the topic it says that these gazelles are also spread in Iraq but in the map there is no mention of Iraq. — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 22:41, 1 August 2015 (UTC)
