Retired Number?

[edit]

Wasn't his number (#14 for the Blues) retired at some point by St. Louis?

Died during playing career or not

[edit]

I removed the See also section, since the list does not contain people who died young anymore, but during their playing career. Is it established that Wickenheiser had an ongoing career while being treated for his illness? I find it hard to tell from the current article text. Please add info if you have any. --Bamsefar75 (talk) 13:04, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It seems that his playing career ended in 1994, so no, he was not an active player.Djob (talk) 12:00, 21 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
