Slang
[edit]Removed the irrelevant rhyming slang entry.
- Actually, I'm not sure it's irrelevant - becoming the subject of "rhyming slang" is quite an honour in British culture, and now the Government of which he was a part is rapidly becoming ancient history it's one of the few remaining ways he remains noted. 195.58.94.172 12:59, 14 September 2006 (UTC)Custard Overlord
- I thought I'd invented the rhyming slang, to go for a Sir Douglas. Interesting to see it's in use by others as well LOL
- Rubbish. The rhyming slang entry isn't intended to be complementary or disparaging. It records a trend in popular thought and is an example of associative thinking and human poetics. It should not be removed! Kalindoscopy (talk) 21:31, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
