Agree. Some even look ridiculous, like ‘Fa Ziying was sentenced to 1999 years in prison at that time, which was later commuted to eight years in 1981.’ This entry clearly used machine translation which at least shall be marked with {{Template:Rough_translation}} Boreas Sawada 13:08, 19 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose. They're serial killers. Most serial killer articles are as biographies. Also, it's a series of crimes, culminating in a criminal punishment, which seems annoying to cover as a "case" article.
