Comparing Skar to Cobra

[edit]

Could Skar have risen from the ashes of Cobra? - R.G. 03:44, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unlikely. In the episode Relics Iron Klaw recruits an Iron Army (an organization that is associated with Cobra) scientist who knows nothing about SKAR. If they were connected, there should be more indications to that, instead there are indications that they are not (such as the one I just mentioned). Seth0708 03:45, 13 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sgt. Savage

[edit]

"Because of Sgt. Savage’s inclusion, the Screaming Eagles series is considered by collectors to be part of the G.I. Joe series even though it was never labeled as G.I. Joe. The only other tie the Screaming Eagles had was a cartoon short that featured characters from the A Real American Hero series."

This text makes no sense. The Sgt. Savage line WAS labeled as "G.I. Joe". In fact it had the "Real American Hero" logo on it. Is it supposed to read, "part of the G.I. Joe Extreme series"? Or is it supposed to read, "part of the "A Real American Hero" series"? Like I said, it makes no sense.

Perhaps it should read as follows:

"Because of Sgt. Savage’s inclusion, the Screaming Eagles series is considered by some collectors to be part of the G.I. Joe Extreme series even though it was actually labeled as part of the Real American Hero line."

The cartoon was not the only tie-in with Real American Hero. The only thing separating Sgt. Savage from RAH is the fact they were in a different scale. I'm going to change this bit of text. 24.178.211.155 16:38, 26 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If every episode of the original G.I. Joe cartoon that ends with a PSA that reminds kids on safety and danger that "knowing is half the battle", then same goes for every episode of G.I. Joe Extreme. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Don-Don (talkcontribs) 01:28, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Gijoeextreme.jpg

[edit]

Image:Gijoeextreme.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Merger proposal

[edit]

I propose that the List of G.I. Joe Extreme characters be merged into this article. Both the list and this article have little chance of being expanded, and would make a more cohesive article if combined. The List of G.I. Joe Extreme episodes should remain separate, per the other lists of G.I. Joe animated episodes. Fortdj33 (talk) 13:17, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
