Happy to offer a review. Josh Milburn (talk) 17:52, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- I think you could be a little clearer on the gameplay. I have a good idea of what the player is aiming to do, but less clear on how they do it. So, for example, are we talking a top-down RPG that becomes something close to Duck Hunt for the duels?
- I've elaborated a bit about the gameplay. The main game is presented in an isometric format (I hope I linked the right article this time, seeing as that Ultimate's Filmation Engine was cutting edge stuff) and shooting minigames are presented through a first-person perspective JAGUAR 16:47, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- "to saddle an invisible pantomime horse to pursue them." The horse is invisible and made up of two people in a bad outfit? It makes (grammatical) sense, I'm just wanting to double-check
- Ah no, the horse is completely invisible - the player-character just rides thin air! I've changed "invisible" with "imaginary", I hope that's OK JAGUAR 16:47, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- The main body of the article seems to be lacking much about release dates/ports. You mention Rare Replay in the reception section, but You don't mention the Amstrad CPC or the MSX, and the ZX Spectrum is only mentioned as something for which Ultimate Play the Game produced games. Given how short the article is, you may want to consider a whole "releases" section.
- I've expanded the development and release section by adding a new paragraph on released. I also discovered a new source stating that this was actually the Stamper brothers' final game they had direct control over JAGUAR 17:18, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- I think we've talked about this before, but- "Crash praised" (and similar) strikes me as inappropriate personification.
- Not really something I should get excited about for GAC, but I'll throw it out there- your date formatting is inconsistent in the referencing, but you don't need acccessdates for courtesy links anyway.
- Fixed date inconsistencies JAGUAR 17:18, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- Your link for the Sinclair User review doesn't go anywhere useful, but the URL suggests that your citation may be inaccurate. Could you look into this?
They're identical linksas the World of Spectrum catalogue went down a few months ago, which forced me to use the internet archive as an alternative for all magazines. I've replaced the faulty ref, seeing as its only purpose was to cite the score in the infobox JAGUAR 17:26, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- Sorry, I've just realised that there was no Sinclair User review in the prose, so I removed it entirely from the infobox. JAGUAR 17:28, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- The rationales on both images are pretty poor- both need fixing up. However, you may wan to consider moving the screenshot up to the infobox and losing the title screen altogether. We should be aiming to minimise the amount of NFC we use.
- Done. I hope the FUR I used was OK? I've also updated the FURs on every image I have recently uploaded which should save me the time in future GANs JAGUAR 17:26, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
I made a number of changes (including messing with the reference formatting somewhat)- please double-check them. Not a bad article at all! Josh Milburn (talk) 19:11, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- @J Milburn: thanks for the review and your copyedits! This has to be my least favourite game on Rare Replay. I'm not saying it's bad but it's just that I don't think it's anything compared to Rare's later games. I think I've addressed everything in the review. I've expanded information on the development and release, as well as hopefully making gameplay mechanics a bit clearer. Please let me know if I've left anything out? JAGUAR 17:26, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- @J Milburn: I've done a little bit of cleaning up. Do you think there is anything else I should add? JAGUAR 14:05, 22 September 2015 (UTC)
- Apologies for the delay- if I haven't gotten to this by Saturday, please poke me on my talk page. Josh Milburn (talk) 16:09, 22 September 2015 (UTC)

Some quick further comments:
- I have removed the reference to a pantomime horse. I'm really not clear why you are claiming that the imaginary horse is a pantomime horse- if I have made some kind of mistake (and I don't mean to patronise, but please look at our article on pantomime horses!) please add it back.
- That's OK, it was my fault for not explaining the invisible horse properly. Thanks for clearing it up! JAGUAR 13:03, 26 September 2015 (UTC)
- "one team would work on graphics whilst the other would concentrate on other aspects such as sound or graphics" One team works on graphics, the other works on... other graphics?
- Uh, oops. It was meant to read along the lines of "sound or code", going by the source. Fixed JAGUAR 13:03, 26 September 2015 (UTC)
- I think it'd be good if we could have all the release information together. There's actually no mention of the Spectrum release date, and the information about Rare Replay is in the reception section. I think both of these issues should be discussed with the MSX/Amstrad stuff.
- I've moved the Rare Replay info into the development and release section. MobyGames (which is not reliable) says it released on the ZX Spectrum in January 1986 and for all other consoles later in 1986, which can't be right as Rare Replay itself (and everything else for that matter) says it was released in 1985. Thankfully Giant Bomb (which is reliable for certain things) states it was released in 1985, so I'm happy to go with that. Anyway, I've elaborated a little on the releases in the article JAGUAR 13:03, 26 September 2015 (UTC)
I've made a few other tweaks. Other than that, I think we're good to go. Josh Milburn (talk) 20:15, 24 September 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks for the review, J Milburn! I think I've addressed everything. Exact release dates for old games like these are varies, but the official release year is 1985 and it was ported to other consoles in 1986. I've done some minor tweaks to the development and release section JAGUAR 13:06, 26 September 2015 (UTC)
- Great- I'm happy that this is ready for GA status. Promoting now. Nice work! Josh Milburn (talk) 15:46, 26 September 2015 (UTC)
