Means Racing → Jimmy Means Racing – The team's name and logo currently has the word "Jimmy" in front of "Means Racing", so I think that should be the name of the team's article. It's no big deal, but I do think the current team name should be used and it makes sense to do that. After this change, the redirect on "Jimmy Means Racing" that goes to "Means Racing" would then be deleted and it would instead be the opposite, with "Means Racing" redirecting to "Jimmy Means Racing".
