This should be merged to the Harley-Davidson ArticleNewmanoconnor (talk) 18:48, 27 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It could be merged but that's a lot of material to integrate into the general page about Harley-Davidson motorcycles. There is already brief mention of this edition on the general HD page so this might be better viewed as a more detailed exposition in the style of the other separate articles about individual Harley's such as the Super Glide or even the likes of the Harley-Davidson Topper, for example. This edition's extreme rarity and its very unusual position as the catalyst for political discussion between Harley-Davidson and its customers is certainly notable.
