Haus der ReligionenHouse of Religions – Easier to understand than German. Official name in English (see https://www.haus-der-religionen.ch/en/info). --Relisted. George Ho (talk) 23:05, 23 May 2015 (UTC) Cether Rochmp (talk) 19:44, 16 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

oppose as official and native name that may furthermore explained within the wiki, Roland zh (talk) 19:48, 16 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Cether Rochmp: let's talk before changing the wiki without any comments --pls use "Edit summary"-- and btw: it's the native name, even the English part of the website uses "Haus der Religionen" as the native name, regards Roland zh (talk) 19:55, 16 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The guidelines recommend an name in English (Wikipedia:Article titles and Wikipedia:Naming conventions (use English)) and the institution has an official translation. I do not see the problem. Cether Rochmp (talk) 20:11, 16 May 2015 (UTC).[reply]
  • Oppose there are other subjects, and this is usually referred to in German it appears. In ictu oculi (talk) 09:33, 18 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. Per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (use English). Nothing except for this building has come up in the first few pages of search on Yahoo! and Google. Besides you could argue with Switzerland having 4 official languages that the name would be in German, French, Italian or Romansh. Also, Switzerland is listed there not at Schweiz, Suisse, Svizzera, Svizra nor at Swiss Confederation or (Latin) Confoederatio Helvetica. Spshu (talk) 20:32, 20 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support - if that's what they themselves call it in English, it's probably what we should, too. Red Slash 12:52, 24 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Cult[edit]

Is this the appropriate word or a dodgy translation?
Sounds like religion or sect or group would be more appropriate to me.
