Efrat

[edit]

User:Suladna, the POV I'm talking about is the one you've put in an earlier edit summary - "it is noteworthy information as he is a settler" - which is a POV that you are trying to push by emphasizing Efrat's location, "in the Occupied West Bank". We do not normally do this for people living in the WB, or anywhere. (see Bassam Shakaa for example). This article is not about Efrat - if people want to know where Efrat is, they click on the link. It's not a POV to state that Marcus is a settler. That's what he is. It's a fact that Efrat is located in the Occupied West Bank, and if a town or settlements location isn't mentioned in other articles, it should be. Snazzy Cassy (talk) 21:57, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Scholarly source (Brown, 2003, p. 296.) discussing the topic states that Marcus is "an Israeli political activist of the West Bank settlement of Efrat". This is reliably sourced information and should stay in the article. Dlv999 (talk) 08:31, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
