James Sachs

Is this the same James Sachs as listed in List of Stanford University people? I've searched on Google but haven't been able to figure out if they're the same person or different people. JIP | Talk 09:47, 22 October 2015 (UTC)

A virus destroyed his work?!

I call BS on the story with the virus destroying his work. This whole explanation sounds like it was written by someone who doesn't know anything about game development, similar to the story in Grandma's Boy where an entire game is somehow developed on one piece of optical media. When developing the game, he'll have all the source assets (code, image files, etc) on various disks, or more likely on a hard drive. The boot loader will only be on test media, so worst case, a virus will destroy one test disk he makes, not all of his source assets. Judging from the linked interview, it sounds like he abandoned the game because he couldn't secure funding. I'm going to remove the paragraph unless somebody has any citations on this virus stuff.
