Quote from original German edition: "Erich Lederer, Genf, erzählte dem Verfasser im Herbst 1975, daß Frau Staude, die in ihrer Jugend eine bezaubernd schöne Frau gewesen sei, Klimt gefragt habe, warum er denn ihr Bild, vor allem den Mund, nicht fertig male? »Weil du dann nimmer mehr ins Atelier kommen würdest«, sei dessen Antwort gewesen."   • Article just barely meets the 7 days requirement and is new and long enough. The article is adequately sourced and a QPQ has been provided, and I didn't find any close paraphrasing. I also prefer ALT1. I am assuming good faith for the offline German source, though Google Translate seems to confirm the quote's claim. The hook fact sentence is more about why the painting wasn't finished, but I'll accept the wording for the purposes of verification.
