Fan's POV. I didn't note any language that would signal this.
Notability. I think that the article establishes that she is notable. There is a dearth of information about her, and she's influenced a fair bit of pop culture discourse over the past few years.
Undue weight. There is nothing here that might signal that certain perspectives are given more weight.
