Variations in Malaysia
[edit]In Sabah, the Kadazan/Dusun practice something called Kinoingan or also Kinoringan. I was planning to create those articles mentioned until i saw this page. Are they the same thing? Should a separate article be written? kawaputrahello! 17:16, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
- @Kawaputra:I don't know exactly what Kinoringan is. You probably might want to check the tiwah dead festival which is based on Kaharingan. If the tiwah is familiar for Kinoingan, then both religion is probably similar. Anyway Kaharingan is based on Central and south Kalimantan. I don't know if the Dayak of northern Borneo practice the same thing. PS: this message is separated by more than 9 years!--Rochelimit (talk) 08:11, 27 November 2016 (UTC)
- What an old old message. I have not been here in a long2 time. Thanks for your reply. Actually kinoingan/kinoringan means god, if I'm not mistaken. I will try see the tiwah festival. Thanks! ќמшמφטтгמtorque 02:15, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
