One previous edit changed "murder" to another term. I changed "Bullet to the temple" to "Homicide (gunshot wound to the temple)" under cause of death. To clarify, homicide is, in this sense, a medical term for what is called manner of death. When a person is killed by another person, the manner of death is homicide. (The other manners of death are natural causes, suicide, accident, and 'undetermined'.) A homicide may legally be murder, manslaughter, another crime such as negligence, or it may not be a crime at all.
I didn't mark this as reviewed. I didn't flag it as such, but I think it needs more reliable sources to establish notability. A crime can be considered notable if it leads to new legislation. In this case, it appears that a petition for a law exists, but that no law has been proposed by a legislature. Therefore, it would be helpful to include more details on the petition. If some other jurisdiction has a law similar to the proposed Rekiah's law, that would be worthy of discussion as well. See WP:CRIME for more information about articles on crimes.
