Where is it used ?[edit]

The system as described sound very similar to the Swedish system(at least until 10 years ago) in terms of the formal rules if not in the effects on the parties behavior. Support: Wikipedia's basic rule on capitalization, the second sentence of Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Capital letters, says "In English, capitalization is primarily needed for proper names, acronyms, and for the first letter of a sentence."
