Kosova?

Should the Republic of Kosova be added to the list under "Non-UN members or observers"? – Illegitimate Barrister (talk • contribs), 10:52, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It's an interesting question. My tentative answer would be no, as although there were functioning parallel structures, there wasn't a state as such in terms of having effectively controlled territory. If there is a good source on the actual effects and implications of the Albanian resolution on the matter, and it did equal actual state recognition, then that might serve as a reason to add it.
