[edit]- Letitia Stein (October 12, 2017), Democrats rising? Early statehouse wins test new faces, Reuters – via Yahoo! News
- Ana Sofia Knauf (August 23, 2017), "Meet Manka Dhingra, the Eastside Democrat Who Could End Republican Control of the State Senate", The Stranger, Seattle
Some sources mention that Dhingra is a Sikh, some do not. Reuters source above is an example for discussion, also The Stranger and several online Indian and Sikh community news sources. ☆ Bri (talk) 21:04, 9 November 2017 (UTC)
