Ethnicity[edit]

Is it really necessary to list her ethnicity? The articles for other NPR hosts do not list ethnicity.Udibi (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 09:19, 7 May 2010 (UTC).[reply]

I came here to say this too. It doesn't need to be in the infobox. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.221.125.46 (talk) 08:44, 20 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It already says that "She is the first African American female host for NPR". Patchy Phogg (talk) 23:47, 24 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I couldn't finished reading this article due to subscription requirements, but I would to know is if Minneapolis trailblazing black postal worker Elizabeth "Jean" is the same Elizabeth "Jean" Norris identified in the article as Michele's mother[edit]

This is interesting. I would like someone with a subscription to be able to read it. I was able able to read that the woman who died recently was black, a at least one time Minneapolis resident and had three daughters, though I couldn't read far enough to know if one of the daughters was Michele Norris.[1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:449:4582:B3C0:F1A1:829D:57B7:1E8F (talk) 17:50, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Don't need to finish reading the article. Her Instagram page confirmed it. That was her mother who just died.[2]2601:449:4582:B3C0:F1A1:829D:57B7:1E8F (talk) 17:55, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'll include it if I can find out if the father is alive or dead.2601:449:4582:B3C0:F1A1:829D:57B7:1E8F (talk) 19:27, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
