Untitled[edit]

It looks to me like the airlines & destinations section should be deleted per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Airports/page_content #9 ("Do not include ad-hoc, irregular, or private charter services." From what I can tell, these are all private, on-demand charter services and offer no scheduled service. See https://www.transportation.gov/sites/dot.gov/files/docs/Charters%202015%20as%20of%20December%2016%2C%202015.pdf for current public charter services, which none of these appear to be. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jim0101 (talkcontribs) 22:06, 29 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Jim0101: Oppose- just because they are charter airlines does not mean they should be removed, instead you can add a (charter) in parentheses. Matthewishere0 (talk) 20:02, 20 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Naples Municipal AirportNaples Airport – Naples Airport has changed its name, removing "Municipal" Jlghamilton (talk) 20:47, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This is a contested technical request (permalink). Steel1943 (talk) 20:58, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Naples Airport redirects to Naples International Airport. For this reason, moving to full discussion. Steel1943 (talk) 20:58, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Jlghamilton and DBigXray: Pinging participants thus far. Steel1943 (talk) 21:01, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment I see, Naples Airport currently as a redirect to Naples Int Airport. @Jlghamilton: what is your opinion about the WP:COMMONNAME our titles aren't solely based on official name. --DBigXray 20:57, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. "Naples Airport" is always going to commonly refer to the airport in Italy and always going to be the primary topic over a small airport in Florida. Naples Airport (Florida) would be a possible alternative. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:50, 20 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose: per page views and source searches it's clear that NIA is the primary topic and not NMA. A hatnote wouldn't hurt though. SITH (talk) 01:48, 27 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Naples Municipal AirportNaples Airport (FL) – Airport name was changed in December 2018, and adding (FL) next to the airport name would avoid confusion with Naples International Airport. Matthewishere0 (talk) 19:47, 20 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
