Article Revision

[edit]

As part of my work as a summer intern for the National Atomic Museum, I have been expanding this article beyond the stub that it previously was. I have added descriptive sections on the Museum's history and the impending relocation to the new facility. I still need to clean up my links and references - I am just learning how to do most of this stuff. Ridenm (talk) 22:32, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Revision completed

[edit]

Finished cleaning up references, added pictures and formatted to my satisfaction for now. Pending any corrections from Museum staff, this is complete. Ridenm (talk) 18:47, 11 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Exhibits and displays section out of date?

[edit]

The Exhibits and displays section may be out of date - the colletion of exhibits in the new building seems a good bit different from what is listed here, which was written before the move. I've marked this section as needing updating. --Uncia (talk) 18:44, 13 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Exhibits and Dispays per new 2010 brochure could be updated with the following:

[edit]
  1. Periodic Hall
  2. Pioneers of the Atom
  3. WWII
  4. Propaganda
  5. Manhatten Project
  6. Trinity & Its Legdacy
  7. Temporary Exhibit Hall
  8. Fat Man and Little Boy
  9. Hiroshima & Nagasaki
  10. Cold War
  11. Heritage Park
  12. Nuclear Medicine
  13. Radiation 101
  14. Atomic Pop Culture
  15. Little Albert's Lab
  16. Energy Enounter
  17. Uranium Cycle

For those exhibits that have been "cycled out" could still be listed under its own subheading of "Previous exhibited".

The updates that this article has been given over the past 2+ years have been fabulous... a job well done! Cheers! LanceBarber (talk) 02:19, 16 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
