There have been edits recently that have slandered Rudi, and after his controversial umpiring decisions at the 2nd Ashes Test at Lords many angry Australian cricket fans may further vandalise his article. Thus I request semi-protection of this article.

Only two other people died in the crash with Rudi, not three. Rudi Koertzen, Wouter Verwey en Mr Tarental died in the accident, the other person, Justus de Wet, was seriously injured and airlifted to a nearby hospital and is recovering. 102.66.23.33 (talk) 13:29, 20 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
