- Meets all the requirements. Hook is cited in the article with reliable sources: ref. 3 and ref. 4. Article is recent enough (created on April 30), long enough (2000+ characters), no copyvio. Article is well sourced and neutral. QPQ is done. I copyedited the article for wording and refs. The image is old, from 1917, so I am pretty sure it's in the public domain and has a valid license tag. I am Ok with the hook or with any similar alternative hook. Here is a possible alternate hook:
- ALT1: ... that Sofia Halechko's (pictured) first language was Polish but she fought in World War One to create a country for Ukrainian-speaking people?
