Symbols of New South WalesList of New South Wales state symbols – Changing to match the format in Category:Lists of United States state symbols by state, Category:Lists of Brazilian state symbols by state, and Category:Lists of Philippine provincial symbols.

  • Strong Oppose - per Steelkamps comment, and the precedent of other locations is open to question, the US example is an actual identification where it is neither easy to read but has the tendency to confused.
Also this discussion should have been at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Australian_Wikipedians%27_notice_board where there is more likelihood of editors being able to see the discussion, a comment has been left there regarding this location. Hi @JarrahTree, what did you mean by "neither easy to read but has the tendency to confused"? I didn't understand that part of your comment. BaduFerreira (talk) 11:51, 23 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Comment - If the move is rejected, there might be a case for renaming List of symbols of states and territories of Australia to Symbols of states and territories of Australia for consistency, or merging it with National symbols of Australia into Symbols of Australia. Oppose - present naming conveys meaning simply and succinctly. Will Thorpe (talk) 12:40, 23 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
