Possible Copyright problems
[edit]The new pictures improve the article considerably. But what about possible copyright problems? The German Federal Archives, for instance, have two own photos, which you can't see (only a blacked place instead with the explanation of either uncleared copyrights or other problems. After futher searching there, I've read Prensa Latina claimed to have all rights at her picture and that publications would need their approval. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.43.96.123 (talk) 14:26, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
- This was the last year's state, when I was searching for a convenient picture. Meanwhile there is only one page for Tamara Bunke without a blacked place but still a similar explanation. [See here.] 78.43.96.123 (talk) 17:41, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
Definite copyright problems, not just paraphrasing.
[edit]The Article: "Tania was waist-deep in the water, with her rifle held above her head, when she was shot through the arm and the lung and killed along with eight of her fellow insurgents in quick succession.[1][3] Her body was then carried downstream and only recovered by the Bolivian army several days later on September 6."
