Ilford

I'm new here. Just to tell that ILFORD is in Essex, not in London. London Borough of Redbridge is in Greater London, which is municipality and council not proper administration. Incorrect. Ilford has not been in Essex since 1965 and is not administered by Essex is any way. The subject was born in 1970, so she was born in Ilford, London. Greater London is the ceremonial county covering the London boroughs, which together with the City of London constitute London.
