Reception
[edit]So was there no review which looked kindly upon the book? This is a weird little section, which seems designed to undercut the credibility of the book. What's truly odd is that, according to the quoted material, even those who don't like the book find themselves forced to admit to the truth of at least some of what's being presented. For the most part, the quoted material uses pomo jargon to criticize, without really touching the thesis of the book. One wonders what on earth Meyers has done to have so many pomo types ganging up on him. Theonemacduff (talk) 21:07, 27 November 2017 (UTC)
Good Americans vs Bad Americans
[edit]In the section under foreign policy, the article says that the Soviet Union made sure to distinguish between the "good" American workers and the "bad" American capitalists. Is that actually true? Mk8mlyb (talk) 03:27, 22 April 2018 (UTC)
- Of course. 69.113.166.178 (talk) 19:30, 5 May 2020 (UTC)
