Improving page

I would like to bring this article up to a higher rating if possible, but it still needs some work. I've been focused on content and sources, but there is room for improvement in formatting and wording. @Mr. X 235528, your recent edit summary stated that the page needs a lot of work. If you can elaborate on that here, please do so we can try and fix it. IF anyone else has comments or suggestions, please comment so we can address them.
