There is a proposal to create a precedent that names are not encyclopedic. Articles about names regularly show up on various deletion pages and are summarily deleted. Perhaps - since you've been working on an article about a name, you hold a different opinion that you'd like to express. I don't understand the second sentence in this article. Where is the verb? --184.108.40.206 (talk) 00:35, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
I think you mean the third sentence ("As well as unpopular and lesser-known descendant of Huang Di (Yellow Emperor) according genealogy."). Second one (" It is the sixth most common surname in Mainland China.") looks okay. I'll look through the history and see if I can tell what munched the third. TJRC (talk) 20:00, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
It looks like it was added in a different but similarly unintelligible form, in this edit. I agree with the editor that it is not possible to understand what the sentence means, either in it's original ("Also, unpopular and lesser known by people, posterior of Huang Di (Yellow Emperor) during genealogy.") or present("As well as unpopular and lesser-known descendant of Huang Di (Yellow Emperor) according genealogy."), I gather he means something like the name was used by those descending from Huang Di, but 1) I'm not certain enough of that to impose that meaning on the sentence and 2) even if so, that doesn't seem applicable to the lede per WP:LEDE. So I am deleting it. TJRC (talk) 20:07, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
