– Youssouf Fofana is the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. There is no other subject with the exact name Youssouf Fofana anyways. Youssouf Falikou Fofana has a similar but noticeably different name, and moving this would not create confusion as a hat note would be left. Also, this Youssouf Fofana is much more relevant and is the PRIMARYTOPIC, like I stated above. Paul Vaurie (talk) 21:07, 28 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

There are three entries listed upon the Youssouf Fofana disambiguation page and the stub for the French footballer does not indicate renown greater than the combined notability of the other two entries. Also, the main title header of the Youssouf Fofana disambiguation page should not have been unilaterally moved to Youssouf Fofana (disambiguation), but should have been listed as the second element of this nomination. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 02:06, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose moving to intended target of base name though I would not mind a move to Youssouf Fofana (footballer, born 1999) and Youssouf Falikou Fofana to Youssouf Fofana (footballer, born 1966).
