@Nyanardsan: There are some grammatical issues with the article that I will get around to helping with CE's shortly. Sources are good enough (I hate Tribun, but no choice here), and copyvio very unlikely due to lack of any English sources. Original hook is more interesting than ALT1, I'd say, since using the army for construction is a fairly normal thing to do in Indonesia (and in many countries).
