Uchu Sentai Kyuranger (宇宙戦隊キュウレンジャー, Uchū Sentai Kyūrenjā) is an upcoming Japanese tokusatsu television series and the 41st entry of Toei's long-running Super Sentai series, following Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger. The show will premiere on February 12, 2017, joining Kamen Rider Ex-Aid in the Super Hero Time line-up on TV Asahi affiliate stations. Kyuranger's main motif is constellations and it will be the first sentai series that introduces nine regular members right at the beginning, more than any of the previous installments which have typically started with five or less.

The series' main characters made their first official appearance as a cameo in the film Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger vs. Ninninger the Movie: Super Sentai's Message from the Future.

Story

In the year 20XX, the universe has been dominated by the evil Jark Matter organization and hope has been lost. However, harboring the power of the constellations, the Kyutama have chosen nine warriors from across the stars to become the ultimate saviors of the universe.[1]
