Improper speedy deleton tagging

The page you tagged as a test was an attempt at an article. There may be issues with it (and indeed another editor reviewing it has moved it to draft status), but the page was not a test. A test page would be one that as created to test out Wikipedia editing or functions. Why do you believe it is a test? As for only admins removing, speedy deletion tags, that is not so. Any editor of who is not the page creator may remove the tag, and does not require that editor to be an administrator. See WP:SPEEDY. As for harassment, it is not my intent to make you feel uncomfortable, but the fact remains that you have uploaded images which are copyright violations (see WP:COPYVIO), and non-free content that do not have non-free usage rationales (see WP:NFC). These issues need to be addressed, and you need to be notified of them. If you need some help as a new editor, WP:TEAHOUSE is a good place to ask your questions. You also are having some difficulty with image copyrights.
