Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Festival Rock y Ruedas de Avándaro has been reverted.
Your edit here to Festival Rock y Ruedas de Avándaro was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://estroncio90.typepad.com/blog/2010/04/rosario-lalo-duarte-reseña.html, http://estroncio90.typepad.com/blog/2011/10/pop-music-team.html) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 06:58, 22 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • I have reverted your edits. Sorry, but the stuff you added was unencyclopedic (excessively detailed, for instance) and improperly verified. Links were done inline (see WPCITE) and many were not to reliable sources. Wikipedia articles should not be listings of bands and events. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 18:28, 22 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 18:48, 22 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I want to take a minute and explain to you why I keep making edits to your article, Festival Rock y Ruedas de Avándaro. First, it would be helpful if you would stop using external links to link other Wikipedia articles, as that is not how other articles are linked. All you need to do is put the article you want to link in between [[ ]]. It will save you time because it's quicker than writing out the external link and it will save other editors time because they won't have to go back and keep fixing them. The other changes I made are just touchups to follow Wikipedia's manual of style policy. This entails such things as using correct markup for song and album titles. As another editor mentioned to you, song titles are in quotation marks, album titles are italics, not both, but for some reason after I fixed the text earlier, you changed the song titles back to italics. While some touchups may seem trivial, they are not, we have a manual of style policy to follow while editing the encyclopedia, so please don't take any changes I or other editors make to your article as us picking on you. We are only here for the same reason as you, to help improve articles. If there is anything I can help you with, feel free to leave a message on my talk page. Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use, as you did at Armando Molina. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have an undisclosed financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=your reason here ~~~~}} at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:

  • Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
  • State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
  • Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future. signed, Rosguill talk 01:18, 10 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
