Recreation of articles

Recreating articles without addressing the reasons for the deletion is disruptive. You seem to have done this several times now, most recently with Aysar Qasim. The fact that the article's original title of Aysar Qasim Mohammed has been create protected should have been an indication to you that creating an article on this subject is not appropriate.
