Wikipedia needs you. Please give a citation for your request. Be smart. Happy editing. - EugεnS¡m¡on(14) ® 15:47, 29 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You're right. BUT: Wikipedia is not just to put [citation needed] in articles. Have you tried looking on the internet for information to find a link before placing that [citation needed]. I just find a link for Italy [1]. Could you help for other ones ? EugεnS¡m¡on(14) ® 16:28, 29 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

ITN[edit]

While on the face of it your observation at WT:ITN has some merit (yes, it does appear inconsistent to have diacritics on one name and not the other), you should consider the possibility that your hectoring tone has had something to do with the small number of replies. By all means, make a suggestion as to how the blurb might be improved, but you have no right to demand a full explanation. The purpose of an encyclopaedia is to be accurate, reliable and clear: it is not "first and foremost supposed to be consistent". Kevin McE (talk) 22:27, 3 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you would rather defend your arrogant tone than accept a friendly warning then forget it: I wish I hadn't bothered. Kevin McE (talk) 06:05, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
And now I wish even more that I hadn't bothered. Goodbye. Kevin McE (talk) 14:55, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I am sorry I don't really understand what is your problem? I write to you about the specific issues Wikipedia has and you fire off a rude reply? I tell you to focus on issues not on personal matters like tone (if you dislike me as you seem to) but you shun me off. You should take a chill pill as they say because the only one with the attitude around here is you. I don't have a problem with you, but when someone initiates a deep discussion with you, thinking you are a worthy interlocutor you respect them and not tell them to piss off for no reason and without giving any merit to the time they've spent to initiate a higher quality discussion. If your only reaction, when you disagree with someone, is to rudely kick them out, then you probably wont have too many friends or people to discuss issues with. A bit more democratic approach would suit you better.--Avala (talk) 15:49, 4 July 2011 (UTC) [2][reply]

Hello! I see only a source from July, 11th, instead of from July, 12th: http://www.vm.ee/?q=en/node/12049 Estonia Plans to Recognise Independence of South Sudan 11.07.2011

No. 241-E

Foreign Minister Urmas Paet stated that Estonia plans to recognise South Sudan, which declared its independence today. “The most important things are the stable development of South Sudan and its peaceful separation from North Sudan,” Paet noted. “This would help to calm the situation in the region as a whole,” he added.

Foreign Minister Paet asserted that Estonia can support South Sudan’s first steps in building up a nation by recognising South Sudan and establishing diplomatic relations with the country as quickly as possible. “Since the humanitarian situation in South Sudan continues to be very poor, it is essential that we continue giving humanitarian aid,” he added.

Paet stated that it is the responsibility of the international community to help prevent further violence in South Sudan and the area around it and also prevent the occurrence of a failed state. The peace treaty concluded in 2005 foresaw that an independence referendum would be carried out for South Sudan. The referendum took place in January 2011 and as a result South Sudan will become independent on 9 July. The government of Sudan has decided to recognise South Sudan as an independent country.

Kosovo page[edit]

User:Beogradjanin011 went ahead and changed the page, which is vandalism. There is no reason to assume anybody has withdrawn anything - we don't know enough. - Canadian Bobby (talk) 23:26, 7 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I got in touch with a friend of mine who has friends in the important places in Kosovo and he said it's "bs." - Canadian Bobby (talk) 23:39, 7 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I don't have any personal contacts, but my friend does. I just got off the phone with him, in fact, and he said that a diplomat friend of his had confirmed the story was untrue. Serbia is trying to put pressure on Kosovo and to make it look bad during the NAM summit to discourage recognition. He made the point that, "They wouldn't have dared try to pull this sort of thing using an EU country." - Canadian Bobby (talk) 00:19, 8 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please see my proposal and give your views and opinions[edit]

It is regarding "International recognition of Kosovo" and article size. It is not a POV proposal, just a purely technical matter regarding the KB size of the article which is currently too big. Please see my proposal here and give your views and opinions. Regards IJA (talk) 14:22, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you very much for your support and for responding to my proposal. Cheers friend. Regards IJA (talk) 21:57, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

File:EasternBloc PostDissolution2008.svg[edit]

File:EasternBloc PostDissolution2008.svg has an inaccuracy on it, as the country you have listed as Moldavia is really called Moldova. Just asking if you can change it since you are the last person to have changed that specific file. DandyDan2007 (talk) 13:17, 16 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Community input required: lowering delist bar at FPC[edit]

You are receiving this because of your current or past association with the Featured Pictures project. Following on from several cases where closers did not observe the prescribed minimum votes required for a delisting, there is now a motion to entirely dismiss the requirement for a minimum. AfD[edit]

could you please explain how you coincidentally turned up to 3 AfDs in a row on unrrelated topic that I've been involved in. Not to mention on these 3 occasions you provided very weak WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS reason for keeping, what's more interesting is that none of these topics are even closely related to what you mostly edit in... Which is Serbian topics. LibStar (talk) 12:25, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

you didn't answer my question... Are you following me? And for what purpose? LibStar (talk) 12:48, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't even list the south gate shopping centre for deletion. LibStar (talk) 12:49, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
WP:KETTLE. it's obvious you are following me deliberately on 3 unrrelated AfDs which corresponds to 3 consecutive edits. Consider this your first warning of WP:WIKIHOUNDING. I did not start following you today on AfDs. Do not post again on my page as your intentions are clear. LibStar (talk) 12:57, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

My replies for the record

Better question is are you perhaps the one involved in editing articles on Sydney shopping malls, microfluidics and criminals on regular basis so that you have the right to list those three normal articles for deletion and stalk and harass editors who disagree?--Avala (talk) 12:47, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Well now I see you didn't list all three of them as you previously implied which makes it even harder for me to understand why did you show up on my talk page with some paranoid notions of me following you. The only one doing that is you, you followed me even into AfDs not started by yourself and replied to all of my votes. That is called WP:WIKIHOUNDING and please stop it. Also please stop questioning me over which articles I edit because you have no right to do so.--Avala (talk) 12:53, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

And I am issuing you with a warning for harassment. Please do not stalk me anymore.--Avala (talk) 13:02, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
